So i was looking on some google ratings of some surgeons and came across this patient that is pretty unhappy with the result.
The guy didnt look like as if he needed bimax beforehand and got botchedmaxx

Plus patients do not really spend much time researching and morphing themselves. Most probably this idiot just took his photo in profile, where his head was tilted down, and "morphed" his chin.. then brought this to the surgeon... Then this Frankenstein was born

It’s not that he didn’t need Bimax. It’s that he got overadvanced. This isn’t even considered a botch. You can see the base of the nose is completely destroyed. Revisions are tricky for these cases too because you run the risk of loose skin from a setting back everything. Also, is this Alfaro’s work? It looks like Spain. He’s done this shit a multitude of times and he needs to get chastised for it at this point.
