If this is legit it could be a massive life fuel for philtrumcels, there is no surgery involved and the results arent permanent. It also doesnt cause migration because Botox doesn’t work like a filler. In this case a muscle is weakened to achieve a certain effect on the lips.
Honestly I haven’t researched it much but it seems like a hoax. No proper before after pics on Google and isn’t very talked about

A lip lift is one of the worst surgeries regarding scarring because they are almost guaranteed to happen and easily visible.
If a Botox lip flip would work like a lip lift without scars, the only real benefit of a traditional lip lift would be the lower cost, given by the one time process.

And yes your right, but its right under nose depending on technique so not really visible. Big thing is the savings and less risk compared to continuous injections

You’re right that there exists at least one lip lift technique that doesn’t leave scars, the issue is imo that it isn’t very common and that could also drive up the costs. There is also that risk of botulism that increases with each injection of Botox, you’re right.

You will have to use concealer for the rest if your life, laser therapy could reduce its appearance a bit too. Lip lift isnt worth it imo unless your philtrum is 2cm+, you already have medium to full lips and/or you can find a doctor that does the no scars technique

Totally worth it and I went from ogre 17.5 mm philtrum to mogger 13mm philtrum with increased upper lip fullness as well.

13mm is on the high end of the female ideal range of 10-13mm. I did that deliberately as having some feminine features is a good thing. Plenty of models have short philtrum and they look mogger asf - Sean Opry has 12mm for example.

Yeah I think it was worth it in the end but I had a very high FWHR to begin with (around 2.1) and the lip lift made it a bit worse (closer to 2.2now) so in my case it kinda fucked me lmao. I have SFS with 15.4 cmbizygo width for reference which is why my FWHR was so high to begin with.

My upper lip was disproportionately thin compared to my full lower lip. The lip lift I got brought my philtrum into the ideal range and also brought my upper lip into proportion with my already full lower lip.
