botox nose slimming 2 days out

Done on Saturday and today is tuesday and i notice my nose tip especially around the nostrils is already slimmed down by 40% , will upload before and after in about a week . I use to cope with hydrocortisone by i swear this is a better alternative, small psl gain but worth it if you have a normal alar base just bulbous tip

Didn't know botox could work for nose slimming. Do you know where they injected it? I want to get my nose slimmed down, not a fan of how tall and wide my nostrils are lol
