botox on mid/upper section of masster?

if you have masseter hypertrophy with poor incisions (i think that would be the proper word to use for what i mean, essentially just “high set” masseters) if you do botox injections in the upper/mid part of your masseter and completely ignore the bottom, can that lead to a somewhat flared gonions look once botox sessions are complete?

I’ve seen this posted somewhere on the forum before it did indeed produce the intended look

nah, ive rather been boneshasming gonions/full mandible rather than aiming for masseter hypertrophy, seems to be working well
