if you have masseter hypertrophy with poor incisions (i think that would be the proper word to use for what i mean, essentially just “high set” masseters) if you do botox injections in the upper/mid part of your masseter and completely ignore the bottom, can that lead to a somewhat flared gonions look once botox sessions are complete?
