No, it destroys the masseter muscles and even leads to permanent bone erosion. Women get it to demasculinize square jaws.

flared gonions will always look better than masseters wider than the jaw, but brad pitt, vinnie hacker, and a few other guys look good despite having wide masseters.
i got it and i improved but asians with bruxism look much worse than white people with bruxism because asians have flatter, shorter, and wider faces

Depends on your individual face characteristics. Square Jaw with wide masseters doesn't look good on most people.
