When I was ignorant about looksmaxxing I asked my surgeon botox injections to lower my eyebrow set....
Luckily he denied to do that shit to me.
Eyebrow set height is irrilevant

Your buccinator doesn't look bad. It's your overall facial fat distribution, which is btw no reason to worry about, considering your age.

I would say for you it would be a good option, but maybe see if bonesmashing your zygos in a way to increase forward (not outward) projection, as this will increase the chances of hollow cheeks.
My mum gets botox on her head and buccinators + has heaps of collagen so she still looks 40 @ 55
