Are you sure your bloating is due to buccinator and not to cheek fat?
I would say for you it would be a good option, but maybe see if bonesmashing your zygos in a way to increase forward (not outward) projection, as this will increase the chances of hollow cheeks.
My mum gets botox on her head and buccinators + has heaps of collagen so she still looks 40 @ 55
