STOP DRINKING FROM BOTTLES THAT HAVE STRAWS LIKE THESE
unlike normal straws, you probably drink from this straw all day everyday, and you have to suck harder (PAUSE).

These are from smoking all the time, and of course smoking will make them worse since it lowers collagen and affects skin, but they are also mainly caused by smokers pursing their lips every time they smoke
