8 Months of Punching Heavy Bag Results (W/O Gloves)
-Increased Clavicle, Ribcage, Wrist, and Elbow Size from bone smashing heavy bag.
-Increased Upper Body Definition from heavy bag resistance (Bigger Shoulders, Chest, Biceps, Triceps and Forearms).

8 Months of 100m Sprints Results (W/O Shoes)
-Increased Ankle, Knee and Feet Size (Went from a shoe size of 11 to 12).
-T Levels Increased (Lower BF %, More Energy, Higher Libido, Increased Muscle Mass, Nofap became harder, Jelqing became easier).
-Increased Strength (Deadlift and Squat numbers goes up without even training them).

what gym? im in a track and field club
Weightlifting or Strength Training for track and field. When do you all do it before or after sprint training?

i don't do it at all, but i do the sport only casually anyway
