I learned I had a partial posterior labrum tear in mid November after thinking I just had shoulder tendinitis.

I started a course of 500mcg BPC 157 daily and 1mg TB 500 daily.

My injury was supposed to take up 3+ months to fully heal.

I healed it in 1.5 in conjunction with PT and peptides.

I’m back to pressing 250lbs on bench and doing 6 plate t bar rows after not being able to lift with my upper body at all for several months.

Not all peptides are cope.
