So i have itb syndrome on both knees its now less but it keeps coming back and i also went to a physio for 9 months but she gave just dumb exercises.I am going to pin bpc157 as soon as i learn where to inject cause its kinda complicated with this one so ITB is a band that starts from your gluteus maximus and ends at your outer knee the pain site is your outer knee but the main problem is your ITB thats why i dont know where to inject.I really want to consult a doctor about this but im under 18.Also have pain on my inner knee but that bitch didnt know what it was
