So for context, I tore my ACL doing flips and had my surgery done 9 months ago. They took a bone block from my knee cap to harvest a tendon for the reconstruction but it left me in constant pain from my quads and knee cap. Doctor and physio tried everything but couldn’t solve anything so I looked into BPC 157 and it worked wonders for me. My physio could notice a significant strength improvement as it was previously inhibited by the pain from my quads as well as much better control of my operated leg. I’ve also documented my 4 week cycle on it for anyone curious.

Good for you, do localised stem cell injections next time.

I’ve tried that. It’s super expensive and painful, mostly cope.
