Anyone here ever wear one of these to improve their posture? Did it work?
My concern is that it may actually make your posture worse. If the brace is what’s keeping your shoulders back instead of your own muscles, then those muscles run the risk of getting weaker.
But if people here say that it actually worked for them, then I would totally wear one when I’m alone in my apartment.
