braces for lower crowding and mse

My dentist told me i have the slightest crowding in my lower teeth but the rest of my teeth are otherwise perfect

I heard u can get mse if u also get braces for lower teeth and fix crowding. My midface is pretty flat, should i ask next time i get an appointment? also, has anyone done this? do braces/mse hurt, and how is the procedure done?

I also have noticed i have a narrow pallate

if u have narrow palate it would benefit u surely and yes braces/mse hurts in the first few days after procedure
