think about it…. back in the day we all had straight teeth and there was no need for braces but some cuck decided that forcing our palates to become narrow was okay there are plenty of expamples of braces descending people on this forum for example my cousin used to have a wide gap in between her teeth lokey because her palate was still devolping and it was slowly going away on her own and my aunt got her braces and now she is recessed JFL it’s so over for bracecels and orthocels

Not in my case. My upper teeth were protruding out. I still have braces and I've seen my teeth get a lot better. I still do mewing to expand my palate. My teeth protruded out so much that it made my lower jaw look like it was recessed. Still looks a bit but I've seen improvement

Braces can do the same, but either way it’s not really significant if you’re past 16. You need palate expansion for a big difference.

I think it depends on the orthodontist’s approach and your age. In my opinion you should get braces and Invisalign at 18 or above after your maxilla stopped growing to prevent any issues.
