I have to put braces because I have a tooth that has given up downwards, this is my face currently (leaving aside the hair badly placed), is it dangerous to put on braces? If so, what should I ask my dentist so that my face doesn't become even more recessed or to make it better if possible?

P.S i know my profile is really bad so leaving aside braces , what can I do to improve my profile?

no it's good i'm pretty sure i'm getting braces soon they just guide jaw development and fix ur teeth up, they can actually help with symmetry i think.

Yeah but do you think that is so for all the different braces?

lefort 2 is an operation where the surgeon moves and corrects the middle part of the face (nose and upper jaw) to improve bite, breathing, or facial shape.
But in your cause is facial structure
What lefort means bro?

So there s no way to get better without a surgery?

Considered that im 17
now knowing that you are 17 still nothing to fix your problem without surgery.

So the best advice i can tell you is go to a maxillofacial surgeon, and tell that you want to get ramus, chin implants or lefort what ever do you think would work the best for you, knowing this reserching and talking with surgeon.

So i hope you can fix your problem:)
