Brackets can fix my jaw?

So, I'll try to get a MARPE and brackets next year, but I'm wondering if it could fix my jaw too.
I have an overbite, and it recessed a little bit my jaw, so, if I lead my teeth forward my jaw gets better, same with my ramus, it gets longer.
Can u guys tell my if I will get the same effect?, or if it's not going to push my jaw forward.
