How to fix a stuck jaw and masseter

My masseter is very hard and reccessed at the moment and i dont know what to do a few days ago it was normally im trying to massagd it but it wont go away and that makes my asymetry on the rught side eveb worse and my ramus ubd my downward growth maybe i have a bruximus over night but i dont know its so hard and my whole jaw makes weird sounds and is just stuck and jard does someone know a routine or a you tube massahd video or anything ? Im go7ng to a docote becausd of my asymetry but a few days ago as the masseter and jaw were relaesed my bone strucutre and everything jusg looked so much bettef and i dont know what changed. Can i chew falim with my masseter when its hard like this i think my jaw muscle and my massetef are pulling my jaw on the rught back and my whole bones back too and i jusf look so mich worse its horrible . Its like im recessed in a few days

I dont realy know what your saying, your masseter cant be recessed its a muscle.But if I undertand correctly Is your jaw locked open or does it click or pop whan you open it?
