Brain rot after high school

I am already 3 years in uni after taking extra year in HS. And now I have noticed that my brain is losing function and sometimes forget a lot of things, and my Dad is grilling me over forgetting how to do things that I hardly do.

Is it bc my sub 6'5 height, my mild acne complimenting oily skin, or my autism in general with me being banned virtually from almost all platforms?

My sleep schedule is really fucked like either sleeping very late at 3 am or sleeping early like 10 am. Also I hardly have any friends, if I had any they would have turned on against me like they would fight me.
