Which of the three spike? If it’s ADHD, acquire an Adderall prescription through your doctor. Adderall can slightly suppress igf-1, so I’d be careful. A way to combat this is to get an igf-1 prescription. This can be done by visiting an endocrinologist. This is the route I will probably be taking.

Anxiety is extremely situationally subjective. Try avoiding whatever situation is causing increased anxiety, there are also medications for this, just don’t become a medcel.) I have anxiety as well, I just deal with it if I’m being completely honest.

Brain fog can be counteracted in a few ways. If you have ADHD, (again) consuming a stimulant like Adderall can decrease brain fog. Consuming Shilajit, avoiding masturbation, and improving sleep quality (8 hours minimum) can help dissipate brain fog. Consuming adequate micronutrients, specifically B vitamins, iron, magnesium, and vitamin D. A reduced sugar intake can also dissipate brain fog, as a high sugar intake can lead to blood sugar crashes, worsening brain fog. Hydration is also key, 3-4 liters of water a day.

Physical activity can also dissipate brain fog, a relatively active life fixed most problems. Make sure to exercise regularly. Get steps in each day, working out every day is never necessary. Create a workout regimen and stick to it. Managing stress is huge for anxiety and the like, which also affects brain fog. Find fixes for your problems, remember to remain calm and be level headed.

thank you, i used to have very bad anxiety but it went away but brain fog could still be a part of it left over.

ive tried adderall which helped and caffine does a little too, but made it weird to talk so im going to go back to my doctor to try different stimulants. do you recommend any? also, does caffine stunt growth aswell?

thanks
