breaking out after 4 months of isotretinoin normal?

ive been on 4 months and rn i still get a new pimple every week. is this normal? im on a dosage of 35mg/d at 62kg which was recommended by derm

When I was taking it, my derm said that one of the symptoms is breakouts every once in a while, so it’s supposed to be normal, I couldn’t tell you because I never had them for some reason, so i guess it varies from person to person
