Breakouts due to BS

Basically the title, i'm having break outs or small painful pimples on my zygos on both sides due to BS, I use either a small hammer or heavy powerbank to smash, how can I prevent such break outs and fix the current ones cuz it just gets worse the more i smash

use a small piece of cloth on the targeted area whilst smashing and apply hypochlorous acid spray after your done mark as solution

stop bonesmashing that pimples will probably go away if you stop and make that area clean

Cant really stop i don’t wanna lose the progress but someone suggested I use a cloth so I’m gonna try that
