for me, avoiding chocolate. no clue why, it just works. also using that pink japanese serum on pimples / minor breakouts works

the one i currently use it the neutrogena stubborn acne spot drying lotion. works just as good as the japanese one. dont fall for the anti consumerism propaganda. neutrogina and cetaphil make good products as long as its used moderately

u also could just be going thru puberty. go to a derma and see what they say
