Brimodine Tartrate 0.2% eyedrops strength for white sclera

I’m in vietnam rn and spending all my money on skincare cos back home im not spending 50$$ on indiamart shipping

Lumify isn’t actually sold here the only ones they got are 0.2% brimodine tartrate medication which is 8x stronger than Lumify at 0.025%,

apparently you risk hella side effects and can’t use them often like lumify, is this cope or will I be fine?
