Ive been bonesmashing my chin for a while and my chin seems to go out more and is bigger. I also wondering if bonesmashing brow ridge works and is safe, couldit causes any issues with the eyes and could it cause tramua to the head as the brown bone is apart of the upper skull.

I've heard you can damage your eyebrow follicles with bonesmashing (or any hair follicle). Be careful

I think bone smashing can work a bit but please just save up for surgery and don’t give yourself brain damage. The minor gains you get from bone smashing aren’t worth that.
