From my limited knowledge, I believe it involves bimax w maxillary impaction + CCW rotation.
Paranasal implants and prolly genioplasty.
Jaw implants to make your ramus taller to fix your gonial angle.
Rhinoplasty for bulbous nose.
Idk how to reduce the vertical length of the nose tho. Perhaps bimax w ccw rotation will shorten it. Or It prolly needs some rotation through a surgery I do not know of, or fillers like in this case:
