brushing with 3% hydrogen peroxide every other day

js bought 1L of hydrogen peroxide 3% to whiten teeth at home, is it cope or no?
also should i brush with it everyday instead of every other day?

Wouldn’t say it’s cope but ur better off whitening at a dentist or use whitening strips

Maybe you could maintain whiteness with your 3% peroxide
