It's extremely unrealistic to think that you can maintain 7% boy fat year-round. You will be cranky, you will be an asshole to everyone, and your sex drive will evaporate into thin air. Stick to 10-14% body fat. Don't go below that. And those bodybuilders you see only get to 4-5% for their competition and then they fall back to a higher %. You will have to be a crazy specimen of a human being to be able to maintain single-digit body fat and still stay sane. Trust me, I know. I've been there. In case you're wondering, I'm always fluctuating between 9-10%.
Also, I've found that women prefer more natural-looking lean, athletic body types on men (think MMA body type) as opposed to a gym body jacked up on roids that serves no other purpose than to "look good". Aside from the face (and assume all are at the same status), why tf do you think women flock to athletes over bodybuilders or the muscle-head gym rat? And just so you know, an MMA fighter can kick the living crap out of a bodybuilder or a powerlifter any fucking day of the century so that's another hard pill to swallow for gymcels and bodybuilders alike.
