Everyone avoiding me cus I'm non-NT, meanwhile I see NTs move freely with their office friends and their lunches and their relationships.

On top of that I can barely do the work whilst everyone else flies through it with no hassle, I was almost about to get fired due to my poor organisational skills.

Life is so brutal, survival is difficult for me I'm a useless mess. I literally can't do anything.

If your almost fired then you need to clean up your act, and start applying other places. You never know when the hammer might drop. Better to be safe then sorry.
