Yeah, it's a lot more effective than fat dissolvers but both can look uncanny if overdone (especially when you're older and have less collagen, then you just look like a dead body

I don’t think I have nearly enough bone projection for buccal fat removal, imo dissolving just enough would look best. Gotta save for surgeries with a better roi too

Probably in my mid face and I don’t plan on getting a fix for that, more focused on chin implant or otoplasty (also not bloated in these)

Same I’m 20lbs underweight for my height and my face and neck still have fucking fat, maybe I’m boneless too but I’m taking roids so should be fine. Probably do v after I’m done
