I don’t know if its cause I was overweight as a kid but my dick soft might actually be ropetier level brutal. When my shit is soft it genuinely looks like I have a fucking nub for a dick, like microdick tier level stump but when I get hard my dick gets to a decent length/size. Idk what to do though because if I were to have to shower with some girl and she saw it holy fuck I would rope out of embarrassment.
