That's really unfortunate if he was looking for an aesthetic improvement from this. cant imagine going through recovery and finding that small of a change afterwards. it likely fixed his breathing though.

So it's basically like a genio with bimax more than a bimax with genio

Most underwhelming jaw surgeries aside from a pussy surgeon is due to short ramus. Can only CCW so much before you cook the patient and thus results are underwhelming, angles are steep, neck to chin separation doesn’t increase much due to lack of CCW etc

2mm le fort 1 advancement, 1mm right, 3mm down, 1.3° ccw rotation
2.3mm bsso advancement, 3mm left, 3mm down, 1.3° ccw rotation. the bsso was assymetric so one side got advanced like 5 and the other 2
5.7mm genioplasty, 0.3mm right 1.2mm down

2mm? I feel like anything under 6mm for a BSSO, 4mm for Lefort 1 isn't worth it

There are definitely some class II results with small Lefort 1s that look good. But that being said I agree a 2mm lefort 1 feels like you're getting ripped off. I remember one Ramieri result where the dude got a 2mm lefort 1. Like at least this guy had his surgery for free or borderline free, the Ramieri dude probably had to pay like 20k+ lmao

it was more of a health thing and my surgeon is really good but we discussed stuff and i told him give me the best result possible
