Wide square chin is ideal. His chin is just overprojected and his skull is actually narrow so his ratios are good with a narrow chin.

Wide chin works best if your skull is also wide. You would have the same ratios as the guy you posted but everything would be wider including the chin. This guy is just peanut skull but lense distorted with a close pic to make him look wider.

He's also very downward grown. You can see his gonial angle is bad. Both pictures he posted are angle frauded to make his gonions look at his mouth from the front. In real life he wouldn't look as good. Peanut skull, twink, and downward grown.

His chin only looks good because his jaw is angular so the taper of the chin complements this. This is a flared gonionpill.
