Brutally honest - What can I do to improve/what happened that made my look worse

The first pic is now and the other one is 3 years ago. Aside from the difference in light ecc seems like my jaw was more pronounced and especially my mouth was wider, I went through 4 molar extractions and I'm currently wearing Invisalign which really fixed my crooked teeth. Could it be the cause of my extra narrow mouth?

What's else can I do? Possible move to mtn?

I would say grow facial hair if you can, you got a baby face like me

the most obvious answer for getting more definition in your face is lose body fat, start cutting

Thanks bros we are all gonna make it. Currently planning on cutting hard and going below 10%. The narrow mouth is really a bummer tho. How would you fix it?

diet mostly , if u want to do it naturally u know the usual. vitamin d3 , k2 and multivitamins ,unnaturally u can pin test and maybe take some ai like arimidex or whatever u can get ur hands on
