- Train orbicularis oculi, squinching relatively
hard for 30 minutes 2x a day, (Isolate the lower eyelid by tensing it upward without squinting the upper lid or moving the brows. You should see a slight roll appear just below the eye. This is the orbicularis oculi engaging. The brows should remain completely still throughout.
Protocol: Hold the tension for 30 minutes, twice per day, until the muscle is sufficiently built up. At that point reduce to maintenance sessions a few times per week. Results typically visible within 3 to 4 weeks of consistent practice.
