  1. Hair :
    - Grow out, layers
    - Olaplex n.3 Hair Perfector once a week. dampen hair, apply evenly (coin sized), put on showercap, rinse after 20 mins, shampoo+condition after

2. Eyes :
- LUMIFY Eye Drops , before events
- Matrixyl under eyes, every night

- Caffeinated Serum under eyes, every morning
- Train orbicularis oculi, squinching relatively
hard for 30 minutes 2x a day, (Isolate the lower eyelid by tensing it upward without squinting the upper lid or moving the brows. You should see a slight roll appear just below the eye. This is the orbicularis oculi engaging. The brows should remain completely still throughout.



Protocol: Hold the tension for 30 minutes, twice per day, until the muscle is sufficiently built up. At that point reduce to maintenance sessions a few times per week. Results typically visible within 3 to 4 weeks of consistent practice.


3. Lips :
- Lip Bleaching/ Peel
- Matrixyl, for wrinkles, every morning and night

for debloat id suggest taking lasix, does everything for you in a couple hours, pretty dangerous tho so be careful and do your research
 
maybe try microneedling for acne scars? otherwise fairly solid but ngl i wouldnt recommend bonesmash for zygos since its impossible to put the same amount of pressure for each side so u could end up by causing assymetry
