I have been bone smashing for about a month and a half now and have noticed tremendous growth on my cheekbones and zygotes, but haven’t been able to see any progress on my mandible or ramus yet. Am I just not hitting hard enough, or does anyone have any other tips I should try?

*hitting your mandible will only enable very minimal changes and you're not likely to see much results when it comes to that. Also I would advise to stop targeting the ramus as that will only irritate the area. There's no way to improve your ramus without surgery but if you are looking to look widen your jaw and look better from the front profile I would say to work your masseter muscles more.

thanks bro 🙏 I only started training my masseters recently because I was worried it was going to give my face too much of a square look. Also what’s different about the mandible and ramus bones that makes them respond differently?

Hey man, sorry for the late reply, The ramus has tons of muscles around the area which would most likely swell up if you hit them repeateadly, and would most likely cause temporary swelling and discomfort, then go right back to normal. However the mandible is mainly isolated bone with minor muscles and nerve endings which would mean that any gains you get from striking that area would most likely be authentic and permanent.

look up monarch on tt
he has very good slideshows on how to bs on tt
for the lower third while smashing it really isnt ab hitting hard enough but rather how long ur hitting and how consistent
the swelling there is harder to stay compared to zygos which is the easiest area to swell
