I plan on starting a new bonesmashing rota, and I’m planning on doing the chin but when ever I do hit my chin the skin barrier breaks like HELL and starts to bleed.

Any tips or help would be appreciated!

Vaseline or beef tallow beforehand to protect the skin.

bonesmahing is mostly cope anyways, makes the soft tissue temp swollen
and zygos are the only considered safe area
