why am i not swelling when bs? im doing it hard enough fit 5 min periods, it may be because im doing it on my chin and its not noticable but im not swelling

Bonesmash is mostly cope,you will get results that last like fucking 5 mins from swelling stop doing that. Lean down and if ur still boneless its over
