i havent really been doing it much like at the most some light taps for like a minute a day, tren is on the way, its hasnt arrived yet, ive also been hard chewing for like 1-2 hours a day, mostly bc im bored asf all day on the computer so I just chew on those rubber masseueter trainers, I need to start again

have permanent gyno rn, got gyno when i was like 12 I shouldve learnt about ways to reduce it, it ruined my life in many ways. most of the temporary shit went away luckily but some still stands

last year i had the weirdest thing where i had bad gyno in my left nippel and not right, high sensitivity and whatever because it was noticeably bigger. but it magically went away
