Am I the only one who when I bs with hammer it hurts a lot more. It's unbearable. With hand even if I hit very hard it hurts but not as much as the hammer. Hammer with medium to hard power hurts so bad that I can't keep doing it. Thoughts?

use a massage gun with a hard attachment. Can time the time u use it on each side so you won’t have unbalances

bruh its because u hit harder with the hammer. for me its after 2 mins of light bs, hard doesnt hurt anymore
