I have been bs consistently for around 7 weeks i did have week off where i stopped and started doing it again the other day however i have woken up with a darkened spot on my face should i be worried and take another pause from bs

I got the Same thing just a Bit under my lips it will stay like that it wont Go Away just bs Harder the Next time

It is most likely a bruise that will fade over time.

However, BS is cope. It gives you temp swelling.

it's not cope, wolff's law is cope, the tissue that imitates bone is very much real and not cope
