Bsso + genio or full Jaw implant

My lower jaw is well developed and i don't have any functional problems, my chin is a little recessed, i still didn't consult a surgeon yet but i don't think surgery will give me a huge advancment or make a big difference (specially for the jaw since it's well developed), so should i do a full jaw implants with augmentation instead?

If there’s no mandibular recession a genio + jaw angle implants should give you the aesthetic look you desire
