I analyzed my ceph via webceph.

Based on my previous post, I figured my mandible is fucked, and I need a decompression before surgery.

As my maxilla isn't that horrible, would yall suggest BSSO + a big 10mm genio instead of a bimax+genio?

On top of this, I'm doing a rhinoplasty and softmaxx skin work.

If the maxilla isn't recessed, there's no need for bimax

That's why I only had BSSO + genio in mind originally. Although, I did hear from a couple other users bimax is generally a better idea bite wise.

But there is 0 need for a bimax if your maxilla is not recessed

Ur maxilla is bordeline protrusive, average is 82 +/- 2. Just get a big genio

if youre mandible is recessed, youre maxilla is 95% of the times recessed as well. Bimax is the way. BSSO is cucked compromise for low-iq people.

that's what surprised me, that my maxilla isn't nearly as fucked as I thought it would be relative to my mandible. seems to be that 5% edge case.

Are you just larping or you’re actually getting it. :

UR maxilla is recessed

With your assessment, what do you have to say about the maxilla in this case
You should be able to get more advancement with counterclockwise rotation of both jaws

what I'm wondering is - is advancement of the maxilla (lefort I) necessary here? And would it possibly cause negative effects to harmony?

ur bite looks ideal. either bimax or u could get chin wing. bsso along wont work but check if ur a candidate

Do you think trimax is a good idea?

Yeah pretty much ideal. Consult for trimax imo unless you’re willing to experiment with pharmacology to grow your bones

I don't think bone density or growth are issue, but instead, location
