BSSO - is it worth extracting premolars to gain movement?

Hey guys,

I need linear BSSO for jaw projection. Ill be able to have 4mm of advancement by decompensating (tilt upper teeth outwards, lower teeth inwards) but thats not enough movement so im considering premolar extraction. I dont neex Bimax since my maxilla isnt recesssed and my occlusal plane is flat.

I'm in a similar position but require lefort for underbite, is it worth bimax instead

I only do it for aesthetics. I have no functional issues (even though im Class II).
