Many people say Buccal fat removal is a mistake because most people lose their Buccal fat when they get into their late 20’s and 30’s. My ethnic group (Native Americans) however, typically retains Buccal fat well into their 30’s and 40’s. Would this make me a more suitable candidate for Buccal fat removal since it’s basically never gonna go away?

If your parents and grandparents ever had a gaunt look too them, probably not a good idea. If they look young even in old age, maybe.

That’s the problem, my moms side is a little gaunt in the cheek area with old age, but my dad side very much retains a lot of cheek fat. My dads side retains bucccal fat so much that it’s comical.
