Notice how its on the temporalis and medial to the masseter. will buccal fat removal slim the face? yeah, a little. but its not in the right position so that removing it could give hollow cheeks.

But what about those hollow cheeks transformations? they mustve got bichectomy, right? No, those are clickbait photos of people like celebrities who do have hollow cheeks, but theres no proof they got bichectomy. thats an assumption made by many, and i say its likely wrong.

idk what jordan barrett got. i doubt bichectomy. i mean the buccal fat pad could extend a little bit anterior to the masseter and thus removal hollow the cheeks out, but it would not make the cheeks hollower but very much.
