Buccal Fat removal 32 days post op, I think around 30-50% of the result

This is how it's coming along, I said I was gonna do a post when the swelling went down because for the first few weeks I looked the exact same as before, but people have started to point out I look leaner from the side profile and I took some pics the other day in GOOD lighting and definitely see some big difference I never had before, my front profile is still pretty much the same as pre-op though, so im a bit dissapointed in that, since that was the main thing I wanted to improve, however from everything I've read online the front profile is the last thing to show results and I just gotta keep waiting till around the 2 month to 3 month mark so I can show some results of that as well when that time comes, it's soon now.

info: This is a ''FULL'' buccal fat removal procedure I got in Mexico with a reputable surgeon, these are the pics closest to the same angle I could find, wish I took more pre op but I mostly took front profile pics, might be able to find more pre-op of my side profile if more people are interested to see more difference.

as for the premature aging many people are worried about with BFR I personally think if I invested in hardmaxxing at 24 to remove my baby cheeks, I probably won't mind investing in the future if that's ever an issue, might even be more advanced or better surgeries in the future as the advance of AI-pill keeps coming along so I'm not too cortisol maxxed over that currently, just want to look my prime.

I'll dm them but honestly 0 difference so far, swelling is still prominent, thought at first maybe the doctor didnt remove enough even thought it was full removal until I started seeing my side profile change a bit, I'll post the front results when the swelling is fully done

yea imma take more and do better comparisons when the swelling fully goes down, I couldn't figure out what caused the lighting in the first pic to replicate it (maybe time of day?), it's just a random pic I had since i didn't do side profile specific pre-op pics, only thing i can say was i never had indented cheek like that from the side in any type of lighting no matter how many pics i took as my cheeks were always in a puffy state even on low body fat, still expecting a lot more tho from this surgery, hope the next few weeks show me more to post as this is my last failo I care to fix and then I'll just go live my life and tell htbs that idk what blackpill is

Were your results also a bit delayed from the front profile 30 ish days after the surgery? I want to give UC a shot but not sure at what time frame I can fully judge most of my BFR results to decide if I wanna shave a little more fat for angularity

Idk but the forums are full of ppl saying u look like a skeleton when ur older and saying to just keep ur youthful appeal so u can look good when ur older but that sounds whack as fuck to me, why not mog today and tomorrow just get fat grafts or something if it really bothers u that much when you're older. Also most people that say that dont even say it from experience, my mom got buccal fat removal young and she's almost in her 60's now and she still looks good

Till like 1.3 months after the surgery I was kinda accepting that my results are shit... Then one day I walked into my gym and my friend told me that he barely recognizes me and that I've gotten so much leaner facially. Then I realized that this shit actually worked pretty well. Now I'm even more chiseled.

I think after 32 days I also had very minimal results. @Evgeniy291 was the dude who originally convinced me to do it with his bfr before and after post. He claimed that most of the results are visible within like 2 weeks? Well that was not true for me at all lol.

This procedure can already be "undone" with fat grafting. My surgeon told me that she has done it for really really lean people, and you can even see some results online. I'm 100% confident that in the near future the cosmetic surgery field will vastly progress and improve.

I get comments about my face all time, mostly positive but I used to only get compliments sometimes when I was chubbier, now people give compliments, but some also insult me for no reason. Like this one dude who randomly told me in the club like a month ago "You think that you look good but you don't" LMAO.

I actually had the same situation when I talked to my surgeon, he said the results are incredibly subtle and always disappoint people in partial removals, so he only does full removals and that's what he recommends, I was already planning on it regardless but figured i'd mention it here too. Maybe only do partial if ur face is already lean? (But then why are you even getting BFR in that situation??)

It is pretty lame, I never pick on someones looks. Some dude yesterday in the club just came up to me (foreigner btw) and started telling me that I'm a really fucking handsome guy lol. Like some 5ft6 georgian. I told him I wish I looked perfect like him and that his presence mogs me lmao. He started laughing and was really happy.

arguably, but my front profile pre op is brutally bad unless in perfect conditions/lighting and angles so buccal fat removal was a must from my eyes, I did already like my side profile pre-op, but I do like the shading now. Objectively though I do see ur point some ppl could be more into the appeal from the pre-op side prof

Hard to belive, he might fully remove the local section of the pad, but removing full pad seems retarded af. AFAIK no one does it, since as the picture below shows it runs up above your ear.

My bad I didn't explain properly, when doctors say they do "full buccal fat removal" they just take the entire protruding buccal fat pad inside the mouth as they see it sticking out without slicing it themselves, aka no visible buccal fat from the inside but you're right its not the entire thing. It's just how they say it
