I had this procedure done 5 years ago. It's legit and helps to achieve hollow cheeks. However what the other poster said is right, you must have high zygos to really achieve the hollow look. My zygos aren't high. They're medium set, but they're fucking huge so I get the hollow cheek look. I starved myself + getting buccal fat to get it. Now I still have it, but it isn't nearly as good, but a lot of girls say they like my "model cheeks"

If you don't have forward growth, laterally expanded zygos and wide mandible you don't have hollow cheeks even if you stop to 3 bf
